This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time withouth specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the site. |

- We act solely as agent for the supplier(s) whose service(s) are being arranged for you.
- Please review all items on the reverse to confirm the correct travel dates, travel products and services are as you requested and agreed to purchase.
- We have advised you of the supplier(s) "terms of sale" including changes, cancellation penalties and non-refundable purchases.
- We have provided you with a fair and accurate description of the travel services to the best of our knowledge and will provide printed material, when such material is available to us, and explain those portions that relate to the services offered, prices and terms and conditions of the supplier(s).
- Travel Suppliers are independent parties over which we exercise no direct control. We cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. Nor do we assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment to you or your travelling companions resulting from:
- a) the acts or omissions of anyone other than us or our employees acting properly on our behalf
- b) unless the term "Guaranteed" is stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or itinerary, we do not guarantee any of the supplier(s) rates, reservations, quality of products or inclusions.
- c) We are not responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to you in connection with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside our control.
6. There may be different living standards and practises and different conditions with respect to utilities, services and accommodation outside Canada.
7. A valid passport is recommended for all travel outside of Canada and additional travel documents and/or visa's may be required. Information regarding relevant laws, customs and entry requirements is contained in the supplier(s) brochures and/or is obtainable through tourism offices and consulates of the applicable destination. It is your responsibility to have all proper travel documentation for all members of your travel party in order to travel. Note: Entry to a country may be denied even when proper travel documentation is complete.
8. Travel Insurance is recommended to protect you and your travel party in the event of a cancellation or interruption of your trip due to medical misfortune in your immediate family that would cause you to not depart or continue on your travel plans.
9. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect you and your travel party for medical emergencies which may occur during your travel outside of Ontario.
10. If you will not be purchasing travel insurance you must indicate below that it has been offered and declined. I,___________________ decline to purchase trip cancellation & interruption insurance.I,___________________ decline to purchase emergency medical travel insurance.
11. If purchasing your travel arrangements on a credit card, we will require your written authorization to complete the purchase. 12. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery of travel documents on bookings made within 30 days of departure - airport pick-up may be required.
13. No employee has the authority to modify, waive or alter any provision of this Notice.
Payment for your travel services and receipt of this Notice serves as acceptance of the terms set forth in this Notice.
